          貓眼鐳射紙標簽的制作方法

          1. Making laser die plate
          鐳射模壓版是特殊金屬薄片經專門電鑄而成,因其圖案表層主要是電鍍金屬鎳,所以在行業內又被稱為鎳版。

          目前,常用激光鐳射雕刻技術完成鎳板上圖文信息的雕刻。通過激光發生器生成高能量的激光光束,利用點陣左右排列雕刻或矢量輪廓切割的模式對鎳版進行局部照射,使其表面瞬間熔融,甚至氣化,鎳版表面的物質因發生化學和物理變化而顯示出痕跡,進而按預先設計要求形成所需文字、符號和圖案。激光光束聚焦后尺寸可從毫米精確至微米,加工過程熱影響區域小,加工精細,可完成一些常規方法無法實現的效果。同時,激光鐳射雕刻的過程由計算機自動控制,雕刻信息僅與設計內容相關,只要計算機雕刻系統能夠識別設計圖稿,就可將信息精確地還原在鎳版表面,完成鐳射圖案的雕刻。

At the same time, the laser engraving process is automatically controlled by the computer. The engraving information is only related to the design content. As long as the computer engraving system can recognize the design drawings, it can accurately restore the information on the surface of the nickel plate to complete the laser pattern engraving.

          2.機械模壓鐳射膜

          鐳射膜一般選擇OPP和PET薄膜兩種材料為基材。機械模壓鐳射膜是在高溫下將鐳射模壓版直接壓在涂有膠水的薄膜基材上,從而形成高低不平、大小不一的光折射點。

          3.真空鍍鋁

          模壓鐳射圖案完成后,要想實現金屬效果,還需在制作好的鐳射圖案上噴鍍一層金屬箔。該過程采用真空鍍鋁機實現,將不同的金屬絲通過強電流在真空容器中霧化,噴涂覆蓋在壓好的鐳射膜上,可完成鍍鋁、鍍鉻、鍍鎳、鍍銅、鍍鐵等。根據金屬材料的不同,可以制造出啞光素面、亮光鏡面等效果。具體采用哪種真空噴鍍效果,應根據設計要求選擇。如只需保持透明鐳射效果,就采用鍍硫化鋅,對圖案起到保護作用即可。

          4.鐳射膜裱紙

          貓眼鐳射膜裱紙工序采用傳統的裱紙機進行,該過程應選擇合適的膠水,控制好裱紙速度和壓力,使產品平整、無汽泡和不起皺,符合印刷要求即可。

          5.分切平張
