          對于間歇式輸紙和往復式輸紙的印刷設備而言,輸紙張力容易控制,如日本琳得科的B-100標簽印刷機和300型圓壓圓標簽印刷機,這類設備屬于恒張力印刷,張力穩定,對印刷套準不會造成影響。但對于連續輸紙的輪轉式標簽印刷機而言,如柔版機和衛星式標簽印刷機,這類設備必須嚴格控制、調整印刷張力,否則會出現套印不準的問題。

          印刷機上的張力控制分為對輸紙張力和收紙張力的控制,對不同種類的材料和不同寬度的材料都要相應地調整,這樣才能正常印刷。

          收紙張力也同印刷套準有關,并且決定了收卷端面的整齊程度。收卷張力太小不僅會影響套印,而且收卷端面不齊,會給下一道工序帶來麻煩。收卷張力太大會造成印刷后的材料端面滲膠、標簽移位或底紙斷裂等問題,影響印刷效率。因此,合適的收紙張力很關鍵,一般來講,要通過試驗得到張力數值。

Too small winding tension will not only affect overprint, but also uneven winding end face, which will bring trouble to the next process.           連續式輸紙的標簽機一定要控制好輸紙張力和收紙張力,對于不同種類的材料、不同寬度的材料印刷合格后,要及時總結、記錄這些數據,這樣才能提率,保證質量。通常收卷張力要大于或等于放卷張力,不超過一倍。

          兩種材料在復合過程中還會出現張力不匹配的問題,造成標簽變形,從而導致標簽在應用中出現翹邊、脫離等問題。所以,對于面積大的標簽和應用在曲面上的標簽,推薦采用UV上光工藝代替覆膜。上光工藝不僅可以保護墨層,還可以將材料的特性發揮到的應用效果。

          標簽更終是通過貨架效應來吸引消費者的眼球,對于印刷品來說,加網線數越高,圖文越清晰,但是墨量越少,顏色越淡;加網線數越低,墨量越大,視覺效果越好,但圖文越粗糙。
