          01正確控制標簽印刷張力

          對于間歇式輸紙和往復式輸紙的印刷設備而言,輸紙張力容易控制,如琳得科的B-100標簽印刷機和300型圓壓圓標簽印刷機,這類設備屬于恒張力印刷,張力穩定,對印刷套準不會造成影響。但對于連續輸紙的輪轉式標簽印刷機而言,如柔版機和衛星式標簽印刷機,這類設備必須嚴格控制、調整印刷張力,否則會出現套印不準的問題。

          正確的輸紙張力首先要保證薄膜不干膠材料套印準確,并且在印刷過程中材料不變形,也就是材料端面不傾斜。如果材料的端面在印刷過程中凸起,說明材料的復卷張力太松,錐度設置不合理,要重新復卷再印刷。如果沒有復卷設備,臨時的補救辦法就是在放紙軸上安裝夾板,以阻止材料端面凸起,但這種情況下仍會出現套印不準的問題。

          收紙張力也同印刷套準有關,并且決定了收卷端面的整齊程度。收卷張力太小不僅會影響套印,而且收卷端面不齊,會給下一道工序帶來麻煩。收卷張力太大會造成印刷后的材料端面滲膠、標簽移位或底紙斷裂等問題,影響印刷效率。因此,合適的收紙張力很關鍵,一般來講,要通過試驗得到張力數值。

Too small winding tension will not only affect overprint, but also uneven winding end, which will bring trouble to the next process. If the winding tension is too high, it will cause problems such as glue penetration on the end face of the printed material, label displacement or bottom paper fracture, which will affect the printing efficiency. Therefore, the appropriate tension is very important. Generally speaking, the best tension value should be obtained through experiments.
          連續式輸紙的標簽機一定要控制好輸紙張力和收紙張力,對于不同種類的材料、不同寬度的材料印刷合格后,要及時總結、記錄這些數據,這樣才能提率,保證質量。通常收卷張力要大于或等于放卷張力,不超過一倍。

          每種薄膜材料都有其特殊的理化特性,有些并不合適覆膜,如果印刷后覆膜,材料的特性就被破壞了。PE材料表面柔軟,可以應用在曲率半徑較大的曲面或球面物體上。而通常使用的覆膜材料為堅挺的BOPP薄膜,一旦覆膜標簽變為PE和BOPP的復合材料,性能就改變了,不再適合應用在曲面或球面的物體上。

          兩種材料在復合過程中還會出現張力不匹配的問題,造成標簽變形,從而導致標簽在應用中出現翹邊、脫離等問題。所以,對于面積大的標簽和應用在曲面上的標簽,推薦采用UV上光工藝代替覆膜。上光工藝不僅可以保護墨層,還可以將材料的特性發揮到的應用效果。
